Golf VIP Ireland Terms & Conditions

Definitions.
For the purposes of this document the term "Tour Operator" means Golf Vip Ireland Ltd. The term "Customer" means the person(s) purchasing the golf package.

Reservations and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the package price per person is required to guarantee your reservation. Final payment should be made 5weeks in advance of the tour commencement date.

Cancellations, Charges and Refunds
Cancellation of reservations by the customer must be sent by fax or e-mail to Golf Vip Ireland ltd. The 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations by the customer within 5 weeks of the tour commencement date will forfeit as follows.

5 weeks out forfeit 20% of price paid
4 weeks out 40% of price paid
3 weeks out 60% of price paid
2 weeks out 80% of price paid
1 weeks out 100% of price paid

Cancellation by the Tour Operator.
In the event of an agreed tour being cancelled by the tour operator, every effort will be made to offer a substitute tour of equal standard. If this is not possible all monies paid will be refunded.
Golf Vip Ireland Ltd reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, and the right to cancel any individuals participation on a tour, at any stage. A refund of the proportionate amount will be made.
Substitutions are allowed at any time.

Car Rental
Drivers must be aged 23 or older. The maximum age is 70 years.

Insurance
It is a condition of this contract that the customer holds appropriate travel insurance,including golf cover, which conforms to current EU holiday package leglislation.

Liability
Golf Vip Ireland Ltd. Acts only as agents for the supply of individual products and services on the tour.
It assumes no responsibility for, and the customer hereby releases Golf Vip Ireland ltd. from any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that the customer may incur as a result of failure of a third party to deliver on it's obligations to provide goods and services; the negligence or wilful misconduct of any third party in connection with the performance of it's obligations to provide goods, accommodation or services or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, work stoppage, theft, governmental action or any other event or action not within the direct control of Golf Vip Ireland ltd.

Limitation of Liability
The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Tour Organiser against all third party actions or claims and costs arising from any act or omission pursuant to this agreement.
The liability of the tour operator shall not exceed the cost of the tour package and in no event will the Tour Organiser be liable for loss of profits, opportunity, revenue or profit by the Customer and or indirect consequential loss whatsoever.

Payment of the deposit to Golf Vip Ireland ltd. assumes acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined here.

Laws
This agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the parties hereto agree non- -exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Complaints
Customers who wish to make a complaint should do so in writing. The Tour Organiser endeavours to deal with complaints fairly and quickly.
Matters of complaint, which cannot be resolved between the parties, may be referred to a single arbitrator under the provisions of the Arbitration Acts of 1954 and 1980.
